Carroll has been with Isle of Wight County Schools since 1996 as an English and Reading intervention teacher, both at Windsor Middle and Windsor High School. She served as an Instructional Coach at Carrsville Elementary, followed by Assistant Principal with Carrollton Elementary and, Assistant Principal of Windsor High before being appointed interim Principal at GTMS. Carroll has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master of Science in Education and an Education Specialist degree from ODU.
