The meeting will begin at 5:00pm in the Westside Elementary School Auditorium, 800 W. Main St., Smithfield, VA 23430. After calling the meeting to order, the Board will vote to move into closed session. At 6:00 pm, the Board will reconvene in open session. Isle of Wight Achievers and special presentations will occur shortly after 6:00 p.m.
Citizens wishing to speak on the plan can sign up the night of the meeting prior to the start of open session. Public input will occur shortly after Isle of Wight Achievers and Special Presentations.
