Isle of Wight County Schools (IWCS) recognizes a support staff member each quarter who has gone Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD). At the June school board meeting, the division recognized fourth quarter honoree Jermaine Coston, School Security Officer at Windsor High School. Coston's nomination highlighted how he has built positive relationships with students through basketball, both at Windsor High and in the greater community. As part of his award, Coston received a $50 Visa gift card from ESS and a personalized plaque created in the Smithfield High School Maker Space.
