Isle of Wight County Schools has partnered with CareDox to provide free flu shots for students throughout the division. The in-school flu clinics will be held at Smithfield High, Smithfield Middle, Hardy Elementary and Westside Elementary on November 5, and Windsor High, Georgie Tyler Middle, Carrsville Elementary and Carrollton Elementary on November 6.
Consent forms were sent home in early September. If you need a new form, please contact your child's school. You can also register online by going to iwcsflu.com
Online registration closes on October 30.
As you may know, the 2017-2018 flu season was the worst in a decade. This year, help your child, our school, and our community by participating in our flu clinic. They take place during the school day, and the copay is $0.
